| Studio
photography gives you a polished look. Lights, camera,
action! I will choose one backdrop that works best for
our vision-- are you looking for something more classic,
perhaps black and white? Or are you looking for something
fun, fresh, and with a pop of bright color?
When
photographing your pet in the studio, I require time alone
to work. In my experience, pets work better with me when
an owner is not around. I need their full attention to
get the results you want.
Once
the pet is comfortable and we have begun our session,
I will invite you back to the studio to participate in
the shoot. There's nothing better than photographs with
your pet!
You
will have a certain expectation of what you're getting
here. |
We're
in New York City! Why be confined to just one setting
and style?
Location
photography is editorial in nature. We'll pick a starting
point (perhaps a park or something iconically NYC) and
walk around to find inspiration. It's a very loose process
that relies heavily upon not planning too much.
You
will be my assistant throughout this process. Due to the
unlimited number of distractions (cars, people, other
dogs, smells, sounds, etc), having the owner around here
actually helps!
Results
will vary. No two location sessions are the same... but
that's part of the fun!
Sessions
on location can also be in your home. |
